Drive prescription generation and product visibility with dermatologists, physicians, and retail pharmacies in your assigned territory. Build and maintain doctor relationships, execute field promotion plans, and represent our dermatology and cosmetic portfolio with accuracy and professionalism.
Lead a team of MSRs across a defined area, manage territory-level sales targets, distributor coordination, and field execution. Responsible for area-level growth, team development, and primary/secondary sales tracking.
Requirements: typically 3–6 yrs pharma sales experience, prior team handling preferred.
Own sales strategy and P&L for a multi-state region. Manage ASM teams, key distributor relationships, regional launch execution, and regional revenue targets.
Requirements: typically 7+ yrs pharma sales experience, dermatology/derma-cosmetic category experience preferred.
